A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Help Desk Analyst for a promising Senior-level position with their growing staff. Working on the Global Business Operations Business Process Help Desk (BPHD) Team, the Senior Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing second level support to a proprietary global survey tool. The Senior Help Desk Analyst will:
Handle coordination and change management procedures, including gathering user / entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures and maintenance of those changes
Work with the Business Team to analyze, execute and support business requirements
Continuously monitor system for data integrity and defects and work with the ITS teams to resolve issues
Help to manage data integrity processes to ensure highest quality over standard current data
Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the applications
Provide assistance to professionals by answering Global Support business inquiries via an Outlook mailbox
Develop and maintain processes and become a subject matter expert of the team's main processes and controls
Assist with other duties, as needed

3+ years of Help Desk experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Computer savvy
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively

Desired Skills:
Experience working for a Big 4 firm
Familiarity with HTML
