Mortgage Funding Specialist/Loan Document Specialist:
Employee will be responsible for working with underwriters and processors to collect proper closing documentation.
Employee will be responsible for reviewing signatures and proper documentation relative to each form. Strong attention to detail and accuracy will be vitally important to ongoing success in the role. There will be some phone work involved with the position as well so strong communication skills are needed.
Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties. Functions include: processing; closing and compliance on loans; reviewing completed loan packages against system data; correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data; obtaining missing information; may resolve exception processing issues.: 6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people.
