Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 hourly

Robert Half is currently looking to add multiple Credit & Collection Specialists will be responsible for customer invoicing, deduction verification, reduction and resolution. Essential Job Functions of the Credit & Collections Specialists are: • Extensive knowledge of all organization products as well as a strong capability to troubleshoot and solve a wide range of issues. • Provide and maintain customer deduction reports as requested. • Daily invoicing of all customer shipments in the ERP system and customer portals. • Recording and tracking of all customer deductions for damages, shortages, etc. and verification of each deduction. • File all disputes for customer deductions. • Communication of all deductions to the appropriate Departments (ie. Sales, Production, Traffic) and efforts to recapture disputed customer deductions. • Collaborate with appropriate departments to capture the cause of deductions and provide recommendations to correct.

Job Requirements:
Requirements of the Credit & Collections Specialist: • Associates degree in business, accounting or finance or combined equivalent of education and experience. • Prior knowledge and experience within an Accounting/Finance group specifically in Accounts Receivable and collections function. • Experience working with customers and establishing effective communication. • Ability to work with all groups within the organization. • Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision. • Analytical approach to problem solving. • An outside the box and creative mentality. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting/Finance systems. • Highly detail oriented Please APPLY NOW or call Shasta Coe at 515-244-2500.
