The Site Team Leader role is specific to 24-hour daily Supported Community Living (SCL) sites for adults with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental illness. This role works directly with adults to provide support, assistance, and instruction that help improve personal growth and independence.

The Site Team Leader's schedule consists of direct care hours, as well as administrative duties. They serve as a ready resource and partner with daily Direct Support Professionals working at the site. They may need to answer questions including, but not limited to, programming, documentation, trainings, and scheduling.

The Site Team Leader's hours are Monday thru Friday typically from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with some evenings and weekends as needed. This role requires the ability to maintain a flexible schedule and includes an on-call weekend rotation, which requires the Site Team Leader to remain in the vicinity of the service area. Must be willing to provide transportation and lift a minimum of at least 50 lbs.

Qualified candidates for this job must have one of the following:

- A high school diploma or a GED, with one year of experience in a human services-related field.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or another human services-related field

- An Associate's degree, with two years of human services-related experience

- Four years of human services-related experience

This position also requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
